Ingredients

Head of cauliflower diced into florets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
15 ml of CBD oil (ThoughtCloud)
Salt and Pepper
⅓ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons sriracha
Butter one tablespoon
Coconut milk 3 tablespoons
1 cup dry quinoa
2 cups water
1 diced medium yellow onion
One tablespoon olive oil
1 cup kale, sauteed or steamed
One and a half cup chickpeas, canned or cooked
1 dried avocado
Chopped parsley for garnishing

How To Make

The Cauliflower

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice one head of cauliflower into florets and drizzle with one tbsp of olive oil, 15 ml drops of CBD oil, salt and pepper for seasoning. Spread equally over a baking sheet and bake for half an hour, tossing it one or two times throughout.

For The Quinoa

Step 2

In the given time, cook the quinoa. Boil two cups of water with one cup of dry quinoa, then turn down to a low boil and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes, till the quinoa turns fluffy and the water no longer remains. You can also steam or saute your kale at this moment.

For Making The Sauce

Take a small saucepan, mix together Frank’s Red Hot, sriracha, coconut milk, butter over medium flame. One the butter melts and the sauce is hot, turn off the flame and set aside.
